Kindred by Billie is a peer-led space for bereaved parents navigating the loss of a baby through pregnancy or infancy.
Here, we hold space for one another through conversation, shared experience, and gentle, mindful practices that help us ease daily grief, rebuild emotional strength, and rediscover meaning.

This community was born from lived experience — the kind that changes you forever.
It’s built on compassion, honesty, and connection — not advice or comparison.

In December 2024, our beautiful daughter Billie was born, and ten days later, she passed away. In the quiet that followed, we found ourselves searching for a place where grief could exist without explanation. Where love for our babies could be spoken freely. Where no one needed to be fixed, rushed, or told how to feel.

When we couldn’t quite find that space in the way we needed it, we created it.

Billie’s Besties exists to honour Billie’s life and the lives of all babies who are held forever in their parents’ hearts — and Kindred by Billie to support the parents who continue on, carrying both grief and love side by side.

Our Community Space

Kindred by Billie is hosted on Mighty Networks, a private online platform that allows us to create a safe, moderated space for connection, resources, and ongoing support.

At this time, the community is free to join and simply requires the creation of a Mighty Networks account.

Who This Space Is For

Kindred by Billie is lovingly held for those who have personally experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, or neonatal death.

While we deeply honour the support of loved ones, friends, and professionals, this space is currently dedicated to those walking this journey firsthand.
