  • Billie’s Besties is a fund created in honour of our daughter, Billie, to support neonatal care.

    In time we will extend our support to bereaved families, and organisations that helped us on our journey. You can learn more here.

  • Net proceeds go directly towards supporting The Women’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

  • Billie’s Besties Fund operates under an active ABN while ACNC charity registration and Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) endorsement are in progress. Donations via this website are therefore not currently tax-deductible. If you would prefer to make a tax-deductible donation, you can do so directly via The Women’s NICU here. You’ll receive a receipt via email.

  • Net proceeds go directly towards supporting The Women’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

  • Orders are usually processed within 5 business days unless otherwise advised in the product description i.e. pre-order. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

    • Standard Post: $15 flat rate

    How long will delivery take?

    • Standard Post: 2–10 business days

    Will there be any delays?
    Most parcels arrive on time, but occasional delays may occur due to Australia Post operations. Items are made to order and may incur unforeseen delays. Any delays will be communicated as they arise.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    Unfortunately not at the moment.

  • As we are a fundraising website & shop, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement.

    Items are made to order so please ensure you check the size-chart before placing your order.
