Billie's Besties is a charity created in honour of our daughter, Billie, dedicated to supporting babies, families and communities navigating neonatal care and loss.

Through fundraising, partnerships and community-led initiatives, we're creating meaningful impact and helping ensure more families feel supported during life's most challenging moments.

Net proceeds support the work of Billie's Besties, including funding critical neonatal equipment, family support initiatives, community programs and projects that improve outcomes for babies and families navigating neonatal care and loss.

Yes. Billie's Besties Limited is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) from 12/01/2026. (ABN 64 694 265 293).

Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible in Australia, and a receipt will be provided for your records.

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days unless otherwise advised in the product description i.e. pre-order. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Will there be any delays?
Most parcels arrive on time, but occasional delays may occur due to Australia Post operations. Items are made to order and may incur unforeseen delays. Any delays will be communicated as they arise.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment.

As we are a not-for-profit we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement.
